$200.00 non Refundable Cleaning fee will be added to rental rate.

1. Within 30 days: 50% Down
2. 30 Days Prior: Balance and Damage Deposit
3. 30 Days After: Balance and Damage Deposit

No Pets
No Smoking
No Tents, Trailers, ETC for extra sleeping spaces.
