Rockford Bay is a highly desired area of the lake with great water for swimming, Black Rock Marina for boat gas, dining and just a great place to watch the boats passing by.
As you arrive at the property you see that there is a nice deck with incredible views to sit and relax or BBQ your family meal. The deck has seating for four and additional chairs. A propane BBQ is waiting on the deck for you. The deck wraps around the front of the house and down to the water. Once down at the water there is a small beach area perfect for little ones or for the grown ups to relax! Very easy access into the water and out to the dock where there is an additional table, chairs and canoe. The water off of the dock is very clean and clear! From the pictures you can see that this house has an amazing view from the inside and out, one of the best in Rockford Bay!
This property has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The Master has a full size bed and TV. The second has two separate twin beds just down the hall. The bathroom is located in between the two bedrooms. There are also two high quality sleeping mats available for two extra guests.
