Welcome to the Sun Up Bay Mountain Lodge. This property is a beautiful lodge style waterfront home located just 20 minutes to Coeur d'Alene by car and 30 minutes by boat.
As you enter into the home you are welcomed by a warm entry that leads into the great room. A floor to ceiling rock gas fireplace will be a great place to relax as you enjoy your views of Windy Bay.
On the far side of the great room is a spectacular kitchen fully furnished with stainless appliances and copper sink. Create your family meal indoors or step through the sliders onto a covered deck with an outdoor kitchen and patio set. What could be better than a dinner on the deck with breathtaking views?
The master bedroom is located up the log stair case in a spacious loft. An attached master bath with soaking tub and hand crafted counter tops will welcome you after a full day of water skiing.
The Sun Up Bay Mountain Lodge has four bedrooms and three bathrooms with additional sleeping spaces for added guests. There is a guest room and bathroom on the main floor. The additional bedrooms are dowstairs with various bed sizes. The 500 square foot family room will be a perfect place for your family to watch videos or play games.
To complete this wonderful waterfront home, the Sun Up Bay Mountain Lodge has a new double dock that can accommodate 2-3 boats of up to 25 ft.
