We've found that a weekly inspection program reduces tenant complaints. Therefore, we will check the overall condition of your property each week that it is rented and at least monthly if it is not rented, in an effort to catch small maintenance item before they become major problems. Coeur d’Alene Vacation has an established relationship with an excellent firm which provides all of our and maintenance. In addition to our regular inspection program our basic maintenance program includes changing such items as light bulbs, filters and fire alarm batteries. The services under the basis maintenance program will be completed on an as needed basis. Our maintenance service can handle all other property maintenance needs including professional HVAC assistance, electrical work, pool and spa maintenance, etc. A licensed plumber opens and closes properties for the season. Our maintenance firm has all licenses and proof of insurance as required by law. Unless it is an emergency and you can not be reached, all repairs, and maintenance including carpet and furniture cleaning will not be done without your knowing the cost as closely as possible, and approving the work in advance. For large scale remodeling, maintenance or landscaping projects we can provide project management services.
